Short Courses are one hour long technology tutorials taught to students by students. Their topics range from operating system basics and how to scan to Advanced Photoshop, Matlab, Deepview, and Adobe Indesign. Over the past few years the program has expanded from 7 to over 30 courses a semester and our ‘faculty’ has grown from four to over a dozen. While the program always seems to be in a state of flux, its purpose remains the same – to give students the computer skills need to survive and succeed here at Johns Hopkins.
